Windows availability
Windows x64 is the development and qualification target. The latest retrieved evidence does not establish a completed native Windows qualification or an available public installer.
Minimum requirements
Supported Windows versions, minimum RAM, GPU, and storage are not yet verified. Developer toolchain and workstation specifications are not consumer requirements.
Offline behavior
The documented repository-inspection workflow is provider-independent and offline. That does not establish qualified local model inference, answer quality, or a fully bundled model runtime.
Data handling
The intended workflow selects bounded repository evidence and redacts context for review. Redaction must still be checked by a person before anything is shared. This website demonstration processes no repository uploads.
Decisions and limitations
An evidence packet does not prove a root cause or authorize changes. Missing files, incomplete context, stale observations, and uncertain conclusions must remain visible.
Access and support
No public executable, installation procedure, purchase, or response-time promise is offered here. Pilot interest is discovery only; selection and access are separate decisions.
