Thirteen principles around human authority.
The name represents thirteen deliberate design principles arranged around a protected center of human authority. The current roadmap also outlines thirteen application plans, with Core separately governed. That count does not establish thirteen implemented or released products, security layers, authentication stages, or certifications.
